a quiet day in the office for once

so I thought I'd update you all a little, you lucky devils.

I do have work email but anyone can access it, so for reasons of getting me out for booze send me gmail or text me. but don't be texting me today, for to because I have left my phone on charge next to the bed. doh!

so, last weekend I went to bristol, and there was much dubious rock and booze and a dodgy film about rednecks that we didn't watch as there was wine and liveliness and staying up all night singing songs with harmonies and guitars.

quite lovely it was. very glad to be back in touch with the lady, and new found approval of her fellow. *thumbs up*

sped back to london after 2 hours sleep to watch some wrestling, which seems not as good as it used to be. I don't know why. Maybe I am just jaded. Bah. I love jonnystorm still, even though he should dress in black. low ki is vicious. this is good. the royal rumble type affair was ace though!

this week I have been trying to get to grips with job while busy and off a slightly flaky temp. cue tiredeness and slowness. I hope it will get better. today, with everyone out of the office, has been blissful. I am even catching up with filing.

last night, I lived a teenage dream, and saw Christian Slater in his underpants. unfortunately this was not in the privacy of a dirty weekend for two, but in front of hundreds of people. One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest was ace, and more black humour like than I remember the film being. And if you want to go and see a west end show, you could do worse than go on world aids day, when the cast will be collecting money in buckets out front afterwards.

yes, i could have touched him. I reminded myself I am a grown up and just took a picture from a distance with my phone. I was tempted to get Steven K Amos to take a pouty picture for stephens more than I was to touch Christian.

Christian Slater was my sexual awakening. My diary when younger was called Christian.

(oh sod it, I DO want to touch him, but only in a scenario when he is coked off his t!ts in a lapdancing club. not while doing good works. I'd have more of a chance then.......)

McKenzie Crook doesn't do the best US accent. The Chief speaks a little too quietly. Nurse Ratchett is ace.

Now, who is up for the Producers while NAthan Lane is still in it?

(oh and if anyone knows of any good off site paper archiving companies please tell me thank you!)

Iron Mountain do the archiving for most of the smaller companies in London I've temped at, I believe - don't you have a preferred supplier what with it being the NHS?

Ok, in my persdonal opinion, I do not recommend Iron Mountain. We currently use them and we are going to tender again - nuff said!

He was ace, wasn't he? I went to see Cuckoo Comedy last Saturday night, which was great - Christian sang "That's Life" unaccompanied. He was outside the stage door, signing, too :) I'm going back this weekend with a programme and a camera!
