I needed a username that wasn't cutesy girly, but was memorable, but wasn't based in anything too googleable. I wanted something that was a contradiction.

The username came first, then I spent a couple of hours playing with a mango (made of pixels) and considering how best to bring offense to such an agreeable object. A sulking child's face (squished beyond recognition) and a rude gesture managed to set it off rather nicely, I think.

And thus the offensive_mango was born.

See, I've met you loads and known you ages, this is actually testing my deep dark memory :/

1) I expect you had lj first and I found everyone I kind of knew when I first started, and you is SB crew innit, blood.
2) ALL the 80s songs. Crowded House. All of it.
3) You've seen Cliff in concert :)
4) Tricky. I think I met all you Mansun types around the same time, in clubs, whilst drunk. There would have been dancing, and probably random kissing. This part of my memory won't play nicely.
