i love the way i still get tingly when i hear 'born to run'. it's magical. i love it so so much.

no matter what mood i'm in, the build up to 'the highway....' makes me want to punch the ceiling with elation. i almost can't bear it.

(heh, maybe it's something to do with highways. i get a similar feeling in 'bat out of hell' just before the second verse. i think that may be to do with association though. hmmm.)

i need a springsteen icon.
