following on from this post , i actually took the internet's advice and went into a hair dressers today. i also took lizzy's advice, adn went to hair by fairy in covent garden.

i really like their no nonsense production line approach. come in, take a seat. move on to hair washer, have hair washed, take a seat. move on to next available stylist. in and out the door in 45 minutes i reckon.

i don't know if i'd go there wanting anything hugely complicated, but then i would never do anything hugely complicated without being on a makeover show anyway.

so i have new hair.

i like it.

we shall see if i still like it tomorrow, when *i* have to attempt to make it work!
